Business Analyst
* SAP support
* Advise users in proper use of central applications
* Assist in troubleshooting of applications problems
* Train new and existing users on application functionality and support business users in formulating change requests and requests for business functionalities
* Propose new business processes aimed at continuous improvements
* Participate in and execute projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget and schedule.
* Organize and perform user acceptance testing, and provides roll-out support and post-project transition.
* Act as resource person for application and technical support to user community, and communicates system changes and issues at all levels to relevant users, stakeholders and management.
Requirements
* Degree in Business/Economics/IT or related disciplines
* Strong technical knowledge in SAP, BW, MS Access, MS Excel
* Min 3-4 years experience in a similar role
Finance Analyst
* Reporting and analyzing weekly/monthly sales performance against forecasts, budgets and prior year at the business unit level and geographical level.
* Working with sales in reporting on monthly sales highlights and analyzing the risk and opportunities in achieving the sales and operating income targets.
* Reporting and analyzing controllable costs to achieve operating income targets
* Developing business unit dashboards, metrics & market trends.
* Review the preparation of the annual sales budget & quarterly sales forecast submitted by the BU managers.
* Perform Business Analytical review, interpret variance analysis and provide / recommend business actions.
* Dealers & customers performance tracking & analysis
* Review Agreement with customers on rebate/reward programme
* Internal study of product price elasticity & competitive landscape analysis.
* Price review & discount management for catalog products.
* Inventory review & promotional activities on slow-moving items.
Requirement
* Degree in Finance / Accountancy
* Min 4-5 years experience in a similar role(business planning and analysis)
* Strong finance analysis and planning skills
* SAP experience
