Data Centre Team Lead

Responsibilities:
* To Manage the day to day Data Center activities so as to achieve a high standard of discipline and excellent service delivery.
* Meeting Operational Service Level Agreement agreed with Customers
* Resource Management and Trainining eg. Shift Schedulings, Absenteesim, Discipline, Training of new operators
* Prepare and Present Management and Performance Reports
* Focal Point for escalations from start to closure
* Continuously monitor and review operational requirements so as to improve on resource and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Diploma in IT Technology and Above
* Proficient with MS Office, MS Windows
* Experience in preparing and presenting Management and Operational reports.
* Minimum 1 year experience in DC environment in a Team Lead/Supervisor position.
* Working knowledge of service request management.
* Above average command of the English language, written and spoken
* Good communication skills
* Has Intiative and works independently.
* Demonstrates Supervisory Skills in Monitoring and Controlling for Results
* Meticulous and detailed
