Data Centre Operator (Fresh Graduates Welcome to Apply)

Responsibilities:
* Provide overall support for data centre operations
* Provide helpdesk support in logging, troubleshooting and coordinating dispatch of calls related to network connectivity and PC peripherals issues
* Perform media administration tasks such as tape mounting and backups, as well as server reboot
* Maintain and conduct periodic checks on the data centre equipments for faults
* Coordinate and maintain outage notifications and maintenance schedule where needed
Requirements:
* NITEC/Diploma qualifications in IT or related fields
* Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience in data centre operations but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
* IT knowledge with good understanding of networking and operating systems.
* Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Good customer service mindset and communication skills
* Able to work rotating shifts
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
