Our client is the world’s largest Rig & Shipbuilding Company. They are currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate for the position Project Manager (Shipbuilding).
Assistant Project Manager $4K – $6K
SGD 4000 – 6000
(Singapore – Batam)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the project execution in accordance with the contract
This position is based in Batam. Accommodation & meals provided
Responsible for planning the project schedule in close consultation with the superiors
Spearhead the Master Construction Schedule (MCS)
Keep an overview of operations and its progress to produce a monthly progress reports
Oversee the construction team to realize quality construction and on-time delivery.
Maintain the budget and capture variations during the course of the project.
Ensure project team is focused on customer requirements.
Ensure the availability of necessary resources for the project.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Shipbuilding & Repair or relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3 years of working experience within the marine/ offshore industry.
Familiar with international standards
Excellent command of English
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia will be an added advantage
