Financial Analyst (Financial Assets/Reserves)/Finance Associate – Fresh grads welcome (Town)

1. Financial Analyst (Financial Assets/Reserves/Policies Review)
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report the performance of organization’s reserves and investments
* Manage cash and liquidity needs of organization as well as Statutory Boards
* Ensure proper accounting of organization’s investments
* Work with MAS, GIC, Statutory Boards, as well as with banks to set and review policies, standards and processes
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy, Economics or equivalent
* At least 3 years and above of similar experience in financial analysis role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Keen interest in policy work
* Position is opened for Singaporean only
Additional Information:
* Working Location: Town area
* Salary: negotiable, depend on years of experience
* 5 days work wee

2. Financial Associate/Senior Associate – Fresh grads are welcome
Responsibilities:
* Plan and develop audit objectives, scope and procedures
* Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of public programmes, communicate audit findings, recommend best practices
* Examines accounting processes and systems to ensure robust controls
* Compliance with relevant financial procedures and guidelines
* Reviews agencies programmes, expenditures and systems to assess if they meet the policy objectives economically, effectively and efficiently
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 2-3 years experience in auditing, consulting or public administration for Senior Associate level
* Keen interest in policy work
* Fresh graduates will be considered for associate level positions
* Position is opened for Singaporean only
