Customer Service Advisors x 2 (Cars/Automotives, MNCs) Alexandra AKA 290211

Responsibilities:
* Understand the needs of the customers, diagnose the problem, recommend and coordinate professionally to deliver excellent service of highest standards
* • Attend to the needs of the customer’s professionally and quickly such that the customer’s waiting time is kept to the minimum.
* • Diagnose and provide professional advice for appropriate repairs or servicing or technical assistance.
* • Coordinate with relevant parties such that the repair or service is done according to the customer needs and in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines.
* • Keep customer updated with the progress of the work.
* • Assist in the daily operation of the reception
Requirements:
* Dip in Engrg (Mechanical or Automotive/Electrical)
* 2 years relevant exp in automotive industry
* Alt Saturday
* MNCs, Alexandra
* Basic $2000-$2500 + Incentive (monthly)
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
