Our clients, comprising Multi-National (MNCs) and Listed Companies are seeking suitably qualified professionals to join their Regional Office based in Singapore.
GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Oversee full operation of the company.
Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
Administer the affairs of the corporation in accordance with organisational policies.
Ensure the maintenance of official records, by-laws, and standing rules according to Board action.
Attend Board and Coordinating Committee meetings, disseminating information between governance bodies and staff, and reporting on workplace operations, finances, planning, and other matters as necessary.
Provide leadership and vision to the organisation by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
Requirements:
Strong interest in senior management role.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Management or similar professional qualification.
At least 8 years experience at managerial level required.
Applicants must be willing to travel.
Good organisational and leadership skills and a good team player.
