Commercial Manager (Credit Information and Debt Recovery Service) (Town/5day)
Our established client, a well known Financial Services Firm. They are looking for Commercial Manager – Sales (Credit information and debt recovery Services) to join them.
REQUIREMENTS
* Degree in Business or Marketing from a recognized university.
* At least 2 years of marketing experience in the same industry with proven track record.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player
* Sales-oriented and highly motivated
* Strong customer orientation
* Able to formulate and implement sales strategies
* Singaporean or PR only
* Able to start within short notice (1 month max)
JOB SCOPE
The incumbent is responsible for developing marketing and sales programs/activities that will result in an increase in the top line of company’s credit information and debt recovery business and at the same time, generating an optimum level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Marketing credit information reports and debt recovery services to companies in Singapore through agents and direct sales channels.
* Active telemarketing to secure leads for visits to companies so as to increase information and debt recovery revenue
* Develops annual marketing plan in support of company’s business strategies and objectives.
* Follow-up on leads generated through other channels, e.g inbound enquiries, referrals or leads generated by marketing department
* Achieving the sales targets set for the above 2 business lines
* Managing day to day servicing of existing information clients and building close relationship with them.
* Developing and maintaining close relationship with existing or new agents for referral of leads
* Working closely with Branch for information and debt recovery enquiries generated from existing credit insurance policy holders
* Managing and maintaining a deals pipeline and ensuring that all marketing administration/activities are current through the PMS System.
* Cross selling of Group products in Singapore, particularly factoring.
* Any other jobs that may be assigned from time to time.
Working hours/ Working location/ Salary range
- Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
- Office based in Raffles Place
- $2000-$3000 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
