Service Executive (Senior Technician/Household/Appliances/North)
Responsibilities:
* To provide backend service support in the area of spare parts management, technical expertise to Approved Service
* Contractor and graded stock
* Issuing and receiving of spare parts from Approved Service Contractor
* Provide technical expertise for in-house trouble shooting and attend to complex technical issues/ product with repeated service call
* Support service front counter with spare parts and technical information
* Management of product localization at warehouse (nozzle & plug conversion)
Requirements:
* Diploma or ITE in Electrical / Mechnical engineering
* Min.5 years of experience in repairing home appliances
* Good technical knowledge and communication skill
